Refunds:

🔁 No Refunds will be processed. We offer Store Credit only, which you can redeem anytime on future purchases.

📦 Customers are required to self-ship the product to our store address mentioned below.

❗ Note: Custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Exchanges:

✅ Exchange is only possible if the product received is damaged or defective.

🛠 For all other cases, exchange may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

📬 We will provide free reverse pickup and courier service for approved exchange requests.

⚠ Products purchased during discount sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
