We ship from Jaipur to most countries, tracked door to door. All international orders are shipped duty-unpaid: import duties, customs fees and local taxes are set by your country and are collected by the carrier on delivery. They're not included in your order total and we can't estimate them for you. For the United States, every shipment is dutiable regardless of value, so please expect a charge from the carrier before delivery.

Exchanges for store credit — raise it as soon as it arrives.
