Return & Exchange Policy

At QB Men, every garment is crafted with precision, comfort, and detail. We aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you would like to return or exchange an item, please refer to the policy below.

Within India

Returns

No refunds are provided for any orders.

If you wish to return an item, we issue store credit equivalent to the value of the returned product (excluding shipping charges). This store credit:

  • Can be used for any future purchase on www.qbmen.in
  • Is valid for 90 days from the date of issue

To initiate a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@qbmen.in or by filling out the Return/Exchange Form.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, wash, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • A reverse pickup charge of ₹200 will apply to all return requests.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or style:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability and quality inspection.
  • Each exchange is chargeable at ₹400 per product (₹200 reverse pickup + ₹200 re-shipping).

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.

International Orders

  • International deliveries usually arrive within 7–10 business days.
  • Flat international shipping fee:
    • Up to 10 items → ₹2500
  • Customs duties, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer as per local regulations.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable on international orders.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@qbmen.in or fill out the Return/Exchange Form.
  2. Our team will confirm the eligibility of your request and share next steps, including pickup details or self-ship instructions.
  3. Once the product is received and passes our quality inspection, your store credit will be issued or your chosen exchange will be processed.

Important Notes

  • All return/exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Store credit will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
  • Store credit cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
